Who We Are
Customer Service Works is based out of Calgary, Alberta Canada. The company was built on a passion to assist organizations in turning strategies into results, and to further develop the personal best of people. Customer Service Works operates as a sole proprietorship, registered in the Province of Alberta in October 2001.  Our philosophy is to assist service-oriented organizations in creating sustainable strategies considering philosophy, people, process, technology, and performance. Our desire is to form relationships with our customers to support change as a process versus an event. We actively practice the principles and values of our company in our methods and our people.
