A La Carte Training Workshops
Customer Service Works understands that needs are unique, and may not always be best served by a pre-designed workshop. Our A La Carte Training Workshops service offers you the flexibility of working with us to build/customize your own workshop. Here is how it works.
You:
- Identify the length of time you have for this training (i.e., one hour, half-day, full day, 1 hour per week for X number of weeks, etc.).
- Describe your audience (i.e, number of participants, departments represented).
- Choose your desired learning medium (s) such as: classroom based/facilitator led, online facilitator led, on demand/recorded, blended, etc.
- Identify your content areas.
