CELEBRATING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE 2008 CONFERENCES

Customer Service Works is proud to announce our third annual Celebrating Customer Service Excellence Conference in Calgary, Thursday October 9, 2008.  It will be held at the Greenwood Inn from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.  We are also proud to be offering our first annual Celebrating Customer Service Excellence Conference in Edmonton Wednesday October 8, 2008.  It will be held at the Royal Executive Inn - West Edmonton from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.

These events will coincide with customer service week, which is celebrated nationally the first full week in October.
 
The purpose of the conference is to learn, affirm, and grow through relevant professional development, and celebrate anyone who works in service. Saying this, our conference is open to any industry, any business, and any level. In past conferences we have attracted delegates in frontline through to management positions in manufacturing, banking, non-profit, recreation, call centres, municipalities, retail, etc.
