Meet the Owner Jayne Kowal, Director and Owner of Customer Service Works Customer Service Works was founded after years of working hard personally to provide service that “wowed” the customer and training others to embrace and apply customer-centric attitudes and behaviours, yet too often on the receiving end of service that left me feeling like an unwelcome inconvenience.
