Meet the Owner

Jayne Kowal, Director and Owner of Customer Service Works

My passion is people.
I believe the greatest organizational assets, aside from the customer, are the employees. Time invested in personal and professional growth through ongoing training, coaching and mentoring reap great benefits for an organization.  My favourite saying is "step out of the predictable to experience the possible", and that is what I like to encourage to the individuals within companies I have the chance to work with.

Customer Service Works was founded after years of working hard personally to provide service that “wowed” the customer and training others to embrace and apply customer-centric attitudes and behaviours, yet too often on the receiving end of service that left me feeling like an unwelcome inconvenience.
