Customer Service Works was built on a passion to assist organizations in achieving a competitive advantage based on service, and supporting skill development and performance of people.  Success occurs when an organization-wide commitment to the philosophy of “the customer is our most important asset” is achieved.

We have over thirteen years of experience working first hand in service industries as well as training individuals to be “customer service ambassadors” within their organizations.
